ReplyDeleteIn that context, can I also blame my lack of witnessing or truth-modeling on Him too since he's micromanaging me in this Divine Puppeter role so often assigned to him, or has my free will suddenly kicked in but for a moment during those circumstances?

Where ever you are...there you are. That's your mission field. Divine providence has you there to proclaim the gospel. Mark 16:15, Matthew 28:18-20
The proclamation of the gospel is God's way of using you to bring souls into the Kingdom. Romans 10:14-15
