It doesn't matter if you live in a red state or a blue state.
It doesn't matter which country you live in.
What does it take to reach people with the gospel?
Obedience.
Mark 16:15 - And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature."
Remember, God is completely sovereign when it comes to evangelism; you cannot save anyone. You are told to go and preach the gospel; God will take care of the rest.
Acts 18:9-10 - And the Lord said to Paul one night in a vision, “Do not be afraid, but go on speaking and do not be silent, for I am with you, and no one will attack you to harm you, for I have many in this city who are my people.”
So get out there and hand someone a gospel tract and engage that person in a life changing conversation!
No need for evangelism in Heaven so we may as well take advantage of the GREAT privilege and joy in spreading the Word of God while we're still here on this earth.
ReplyDeleteAnd you won't appreciate the privilege and you won't experience the joy unless you obey the command to evangelize by just doing it. There really is no excuse not to and there's really nothing like it.
